Paga
Paga is a small town in the Upper East Region of Ghana, near the border with Burkina Faso. It is best known for its unique cultural attraction, the Paga Crocodile Pond.
The crocodiles in this pond are considered sacred by the local people and are believed to be friendly, allowing visitors to get surprisingly close to them. Tourists can even touch and take photos with the crocodiles under the guidance of trained attendants.
